ELIGIBILITY

Entrants must be:

(tertiary) Students currently enrolled at tertiary educational institutions in Hong Kong, as of 31 January 2017. Sub-degree, undergraduate and graduate students are welcome.
(secondary) Students currently enrolled in any secondary school in Hong Kong, as of 31 January 2017. International school students are also welcome.

Works must be

For Print/Text: News articles and features published in either a student or professional publication, either online or offline, are eligible. while commentary article / essay article/personal blogs/ unpublished manuscripts would not be accepted
For Broadcast/Radio: Broadcasts need to come from either professional or campus media channel, either online or offline.
Online works must have appeared on sites linked to professional or campus media. We will not accept self-published works seen only on Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo or other social media.
Published in either English- or Chinese-language media.
Published from 1 January, 2016 to 31 December, 2016.
